Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Parrot in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using Parrot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Parrot.

2. Description of Service

Parrot is an AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) platform designed to help you launch products. Our services include:

• AI agents that test your product, visit your URLs, and provide detailed feedback
• Automated distribution across paid ads, influencer networks, social media, and press channels
• Market intelligence and competitive analysis
• Investor matching based on your product and market

We continuously improve and update our platform. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To use Parrot, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be fraudulent.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Parrot offers two tiers:

• Free tier — Access to core platform features with usage limits. No payment required.
• Pro tier ($49/month) — Full access to all features, including expanded AI agent testing, advanced distribution channels, and priority support.

We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or plan structures with reasonable notice. If you are on a paid plan, changes to pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is given.

5. AI Agent Testing

By submitting a product URL to Parrot, you consent to our AI agents interacting with your product. This includes:

• Visiting your product's website or application
• Navigating pages, clicking links, and testing user flows
• Creating test accounts via endpoints you provide (such as POST /api/agent/signup)
• Generating feedback reports based on the simulated experience

Important: Our AI agents simulate real users. While they are designed to interact respectfully and within normal usage patterns, you are responsible for ensuring your product can handle automated testing. Parrot is not liable for any disruption to your services caused by agent interactions that you initiated through the platform.

You represent that you have the right to authorize automated testing on any product URL you submit to Parrot.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Parrot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit URLs for products or services you do not own or have authorization to test
• Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content through our platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or hack Parrot's systems
• Use the platform for competitive intelligence gathering against Parrot itself
• Abuse AI agents by directing them to perform harmful or illegal actions
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Parrot without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Parrot platform, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by Parrot and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any product data and content you submit to Parrot. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services (e.g., having AI agents test your product and generate reports).

Our reports: Feedback and reports generated by our AI agents are provided to you for your use. However, we retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from agent interactions to improve our services.

8. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to the Pro plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method $49 per month on a recurring basis
• Billing occurs on the same date each month from the date of your initial subscription
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law

All fees are stated in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. A small platform fee may be included at checkout to support ongoing operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parrot and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Parrot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@parrot.inc.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful activity, or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

Upon termination, your right to use Parrot ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, unless we are legally required to retain it.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Parrot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Specifically, we do not guarantee that:

• AI agent feedback will be error-free or comprehensive
• The platform will be available without interruption
• Distribution through our channels will produce specific results
• Market intelligence or investor matching will lead to funding or partnerships

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Parrot after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before the new Terms take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Parrot shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
